Studio Policy
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is to be made when booking an appointment to secure your spot. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment that is due on the day of your appointment.
Late or Missed Appointments Policy
15-30 minutes late arrival to your appointment will be considered as a missed appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. If rescheduling of the same appointment occurs more than once, it will also amount to your deposit been forfeited.
Reschedule Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment, 24-48hours notice is required and can only be done once.
Result Policy
RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED KINDLY NOTE THAT, All results will vary with each individual client depending on skin, blood type, lifestyle, bone structure and any medications taken and after-care. And touch up may also be required for some clients if the need be.
Brow Shapes Policy
The final shape is completely your decision, and the treatment will not begin until you approve the shape during consultation and once approved we are not liable for any changes to the brow drawn and the final result.
Previous Permanent Makeup Policy
If you have had your eyebrows previously done by another artist, please kindly send clear photos, a natural clear face without makeup via our dms to get an approval before booking. We cannot guarantee results for cases like this and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable.
