A non-refundable deposit is to be made when booking an appointment to secure your spot. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment that is due on the day of your appointment.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, 24-48hours notice is required and can only be done once.

RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED KINDLY NOTE THAT, All results will vary with each individual client depending on skin, blood type, lifestyle, bone structure and any medications taken and after-care. And touch up may also be required for some clients if the need be.

The final shape is completely your decision, and the treatment will not begin until you approve the shape during consultation and once approved we are not liable for any changes to the brow drawn and the final result. To ensure satisfaction. please carefully review drawn shape and colour prior to starting process. We are not liable for any changes to the brows once the final decision has been approved during consultation.

If you have had your eyebrows previously done by another artist, please kindly send clear photos, a natural clear face without makeup via our dms to get an approval before booking. We cannot guarantee results for cases like this and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable.
